Yoga Therapist
Julie Klasen is a certified yoga therapist and trauma-informed registered yoga teacher. She guides clients through personalized sessions that integrate gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness, helping them feel more grounded, present, and at ease in daily life.
Julie works collaboratively with each client to set meaningful goals for their yoga practice. These might include managing stress, supporting sleep and rest, improving strength, mobility, or balance, increasing energy or focus, or navigating overwhelming or challenging times. She provides guidance and support as clients work toward their goals, ensuring the approach fits each person’s needs and lifestyle.
In addition to private one-on-one sessions, Julie offers occasional small group classes and workshops. All sessions take place in a calm, inviting wellness space designed to support a comfortable and focused experience.
Julie’s best days include an outdoor walk, a good book, some quiet, practicing the piano, and time with her family.
